Terms of Service (Quantum Ecosystem)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services operated by PT Quantum Token Worldwide (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services is permitted under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Permitted use

You may use the Services for lawful purposes, including viewing information, accessing documentation, using ecosystem features, and connecting a compatible wallet (if available).

4) Prohibited use

You agree not to: violate any law or regulation, engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, attempt to access private systems or data without authorization, interfere with security, performance, or availability (including DDoS, scraping that disrupts service), distribute malware or exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others or mislead users about affiliation.

5) Wallet connections and token-gated access

If the Services allow wallet connection: You are solely responsible for selecting and using your wallet provider. We do not custody your assets and do not have access to your private keys or seed phrase. You understand that on-chain transactions are generally public and may be irreversible. Token-gated access may require reading your public wallet address and verifying on-chain balances or eligibility conditions.

6) User submissions (forms, contact requests)

If you submit information through forms (e.g., contact/support): You agree that the information you provide is accurate and does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may use submitted information to respond to your request and improve support operations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7) Intellectual property

All brand assets, logos, designs, text, and other content provided by us are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission, except where explicitly allowed.

8) Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, policies, performance, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9) No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement).

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Quantum Token Worldwide and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Services unlawfully.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
